Here at 5 Fold, we value our clients, and not just because we do business together. Our clients are awesome people with amazing businesses, and we love working with them on a daily basis. To show our appreciation and support to the businesses that work with us, we’re launching the 5 Fold Happiness Department.
This brand-new department is responsible for—you guessed it!—happiness. 5 Fold’s own Brittany will be leading this effort. In addition to answering any questions you might have about the product or 5 Fold, she’ll be sending you cool gifts, 5 Fold swag, and regular emails updating you on what we’ve been up to.
On your team
As your marketing agency, 5 Fold works with you to boost your business. To do this, we need to be linked up with you, and have effective two-way communication about how we can really make your campaign shine. And while there’s nothing wrong with keeping things strictly professional, we’d like to take our relationship to the next level and get to know you better as people. Sure, you’re a company, but we’d like to get to know the human beings who work at that company. After all, if the day’s coming when we’ll all be replaced at work by robots, we might as well enjoy the interaction while it lasts.
Of course, this goes both ways. The Happiness Department will keep in touch with you about the kind of stuff 5 Fold has been up to, so that you’re plugged into not just what’s happening with your campaign, but the entire marketing field as a whole. You’ll get to know each member of our team, from what they do for your campaign to their favorite type of food.

It’s nice to know that another business appreciates the partnership you have with them. That’s why you can expect regular greetings and even gifts from us. It’s just our way of saying thanks in a way that’s far less formal than a report showing how your campaign grew. Whether it’s us sending you some of your favorite snacks or a holiday card, we want you to know that we’re thinking about you, your business, and those who work with you.
This year, we’re going to work with our other 5 Fold departments to identify places where our product can get even better. This new department will solicit your feedback and opinions to get your perspective on places we can improve the services we provide your business with.
